Dragon Slayer 4 (Legacy of the Wizard) Chronology / ドラゴンスレイヤー4 年表 Since it was released in Japan in 1987, the North American version was released in 1989, after which it was ported several times and official content is still ongoing in 2019.
1987年に日本で発売されて以来、1989年に北米版が発売、その後何度か移植され2020年現在も公式コンテンツが続行中である。

1987

Although the order of release dates was MSX2, FC, and MSX1, the order of development was FC, MSX2, and MSX1.
発売日の順番はMSX2, FC, MSX1であるが、開発順はFC, MSX2, MSX1であった。

  • The copyright notice on the title screen is different.
    However, it is not changed in the ending screen.
    タイトル画面のコピーライト表記が異なる。
    ただし、エンディング画面では変更されていない。
    
  • The screen flash when selecting a character has been reduced.
    Substitute 1 for when the screen is flashing.
    Substitute 0 for when the screen is not flashing.
    The flashing timing in the NES version is
    　101010101010,
    whereas the NMA version is
    　100010001000.
    However, it is not changed in the ending screen.
    キャラクター選択時の画面フラッシュが減っている。
    画面全体が白い時を1、そうでない時を0として
    NES版での光るタイミングが
    　101010101010
    であるのに対し、NMA版では
    　100010001000
    となっている。
    ただし、エンディング画面では変更されていない。

  Not a mere reprint, but a frame with a missing transcription has been corrected: the first frame on p. 12, where the girl tells the wizard Lark about the horror of the Dilgyos(Keela).
  単なる復刻ではなく、写植が抜け落ちたコマが修正された。
  p12の1コマ目、少女が魔法使いラークにディルギオスの恐ろしさを語るシーン。

  Only this one frame differs between the original and the digital version. In the original version, the line was left blank due to a transcription error. Kobayashi has restored the manuscript and the correction has been realized.
  原版と電子版でこの1コマだけが異なる。
  原版では写植ミスで台詞が空白であった。こばやし氏が自ら原稿を復旧して修正が実現した。
